Service Description

The approach of the New calendar year can sometimes be daunting. This session offers time to learn more about what supports your wellbeing, time to plan for the new year based on what you need to support a positive 2024 and to set intentions for the 12 months ahead. A short session to allow for school drop off and pick up ! 10am - 3pm Light lunch and refreshments
